So I updated my game and now the ceilings are glitched in all of my builds, past and present. Unless the room has another enclosed room on top of it, the ceiling tiles act as if they are outside and they are a blue tint colour..... It's not a CC or Mod related issue, as it happens with Mods/CC removed and it also happens with a completely new save.

I have started my journey down the CC road!
It has taken me many weeks to learn and practice CC creation and there has been a lot of trial and error.
